What can I expect?
After completing the online form, your audio and/or web conferencing service will be set up within 48 hours. You will then receive a welcome email from Connex containing everything you need to start using your teleconferencing account – your toll-free dial-in number, your Conference ID, and your Moderator PIN code. You will also receive a wallet card in the mail within 10 days.

Who provides the service, support and billing?
Connex International provides service, 24/7 technical support, billing and a customer service team to assist in adds, moves and changes.

How am I billed?
By default, your bill is sent via email on a monthly basis, although you can request that a paper bill be mailed to you. The bill will itemize all of the calls made by each moderator.

What is a moderator?
A moderator is anyone that will need the ability to start a conference call. Each moderator will have a toll-free telephone number, conference ID and 4-digit PIN number assigned to them.

How many moderators can I sign up and is there an extra cost?
You can sign up as many moderators as you want and there is no additional cost.

Will my rate ever increase?
No, once you sign-up for the service, your rate will never go up.

Is the rate charged per minute, per participant?
Yes.

Do I have to reserve a day and time to have a conference call?
No, the service is reservationless. You can have a call any time, on-the-fly.

How do I start a conference call?
You dial your toll-free telephone number, key in your 7-digit Conference ID, and then you will be prompted to enter your 4-digit Moderator PIN.

How do participants join a conference call?
Participants dial the toll-free telephone number and then enter the 7-digit Conference ID that you provide to them prior to the call.

Does the Conference ID and Moderator PIN change for each conference?
No, you will always use the same toll-free dial-in number, Conference ID, and Moderator PIN.

How many participants can join a conference call?
Up to 125 – Can be increased if needed
